Financial Aid/Student Loans
Scholarships or Sponsorships are available to assist with tuition and, in some cases, registration fee payments. This assistance is limited in both the amount of the stipend and the total availability. Consideration is given on a case-by-case basis, but in all cases the criteria include financial need, the applicant’s stated purpose for attending Agape College, and the order in which the request is received.
In addition, there are a limited number of Work-Study Assistantships available each semester. They involve students assisting with activities such as audio-visual supervision during and outside classes, and library or clerical assistance during non-class times.
Students interested in either a Scholarship/Sponsorship or a Work-Study Assistantship should complete an Application for Scholarship/Sponsorship. This Application is available only after the student’s general Application for Admission to Agape College has been approved. Call the Agape College office for more details at 501-223-2793.
Agape College is not eligible for government loans, grants, Social Security, or V.A. benefits.
Method of Payment
Payments may be made by cash, check, money order, or online through PayPay. All checks or money orders must be made payable to Agape College. Agape College does not accept postdated checks! Students on a monthly payment plan will receive a statement prior to the 1st of each month; any questions about individual bills or payment plans need to be addressed to the business office.
Payments may be made in person during business hours (Monday through Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm) or mailed to:

Students are responsible for ensuring their payment reaches the Agape College Admission Office by 4:30 p.m. on or before the 1st of each month. Late fees will be assessed if payments are not received on time.
If a third party pays tuition, it is the student's responsibility to make the proper notification to the person or business. School officials will not contact a third party in regard to any student bill.
Late Payments
Payments are due the first of each month and are considered late after the 10th day of the month. Students more than 30 days in arrears will be placed on financial probation, to assist them in bringing their account balance current. Students violating their financial probation agreements or those with a record of habitual late payment may be asked to withdraw from school until such time as their financial situation allows them to continue. Students more than 60 days delinquent in their account or those violating their financial probation will face expulsion.
