AGAPE COLLEGE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ORU

The need for Godly leaders has become increasingly acute as our society slides deeper into secular humanism. The mission of Agape College is to meet this need by educating and equipping men and women to be outstanding Christian leaders–in ministry, government, business, and even in families.

As they continue to practice the principles taught in the program's many excellent courses, Agape College graduates are recognized as people of integrity, character, wisdom, and success.

Students at Oral Roberts University are expected to be spiritually active, intellectually alert, physically disciplined, and socially adept. With these outcomes in mind, ORU offers the Local Bible Institute Program to complement the educational ministries of the local church.

And now, these two outstanding programs have linked arms in partnership together!

AGAPE COLLEGE/ORU PROGRAM OFFERINGS

Agape College and the ORU Bible Institute Program offer:

Diploma of Theological Studies (66 hours)

Advanced Certificate of Theology (33 hours)

Certificates in specific topics such as Christian Caregiving, Christian Mission, and Biblical Studies (19 hours each)

Each program offering can be applied to the next program level. In other words, the 19 credits earned in a Certificate may be applied toward the Advanced Certificate, and the 33 hours earned in the Advanced Certificate may be applied toward the 66 hour Diploma of Theological Studies. Students can complete the Advanced Certificate and the Diploma through ORU after they have completed one or more of the Agape College Certificates.

Coursework can receive advanced standing in ORU’s undergraduate degree programs.

In addition, Agape College continues to offer specialized curricula of one or more courses on specific topics, leading to individual certificates of achievement (variable hours) Many of the Agape College courses are offered both in-person and by distance learning through our E-Correspondence Program.
