Associate of Ministerial Studies
The goal of the Associate of Ministerial Studies is designed to prepare Christian leaders to take responsible positions in their local church and community; the program centers upon business acumen, ministry and leadership skills, personal development and biblically oriented values.
Program Objectives
The student will possess the skills necessary for ministry to people inside and outside of the local church. The student will demonstrate leadership skills, especially applicable to the local church, with an understanding of how to acquire God-given vision, effective communication of that vision, the ability to encourage others toward that vision, and possess fundamental resources and tools necessary to identify, guide, and develop potential spiritual leaders.
