President Dr. H.L. Caldwell
D.D., Oral Roberts University
Dr. Caldwell is the Founder and Pastor of Agape Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also the Founder and President of The Victory Television Network, which operates Christian television stations in Little Rock, Hot Springs and Jonesboro, Arkansas. Dr. Caldwell travels worldwide, preaching the Word of God with a simplicity that brings a revelation of the character of God to those who hear. The Founder, as well as President of Agape College, he has written numerous books including: No More Limits, Saving Our Cities, How to Live in Perilous Times, The Word System, and Somebody Up There Loves You.


Exec. Vice President, Dr. Ron Swager
Dr. Ron Swager is Executive Vice President of Agape College in Little Rock, Arkansas. He previously served as Director of Economic Development Education and Research Professor for the Institute for Economic Advancement at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.. Prior to joining UALR, he served for twenty years as Professor and Director of the Masters Program in Economic Development at the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Swager received his Ph.D. in geography and economic development from the University of Illinois in 1975.


Professor, Dr. Richard Frederick
D. Min., Oral Roberts University
Dr. Frederick has been in the ministry since 1966. He has served as pastor in churches in Missouri, Arkansas, Minnesota, and Kansas. He teaches seminars on personal finance and has written several books: The Jewish Antecedents Theory: A Plausible Explanation to the Pauline Attitude Toward Slavery (1966), More Than a Millionaire: How to Get Out of Debt on $25.00 a Month (1990), and Computerization in Ministry (1992).


Adjunct Professor, Kim Asther
M.A., B.A., Western Illinois University
Kim Asther served as a missionary in Scandinavia with Agape Missionary Alliance serving in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland. In addition to her administrative and teaching responsibilities with Agape College she teaches in Agape School of World Evangelism training future missionaries.


Adjunct Professor, Dorcas Van Gilst, M.S., LAC
Dorcas Van Gilst received her M.A. in Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas and is now a Licensed Associate Counselor. In addition to her counseling practice, she is Director of the Dorcas House in Little Rock, she has done extensive teaching, and she is a former Mrs. Arkansas International. She is highly experienced in public speaking, media, and community leadership.

Adjunct Professor, Dennis Owens, M.S., M.A.
Dennis Owens has been in the ministry serving the local church for over 30 years. He has served as Sr. Pastor of Centennial Fellowship Church in Pine Bluff, AR for the last 18 years. He has earned degrees in Religion, Old Testament, Psychology, and two graduate degrees in counseling Psychology.

Jeanne Caldwell
Jeanne Caldwell is co-founder of Agape Church and The Victory Television Network in Little Rock, Arkansas. She ministers the Word of God with boldness and clarity, sharing with authority and experience. Thousands have been blessed through her personal ministry, through her weekly television program, "In His Presence" and through the many recordings she has made in her 25 years in the ministry. She is the author of Learning to Trust God's Faithfulness.

Cathie Dorsch
Cathie Dorsch has been an associate minister at Agape Church in Little Rock, Arkansas for over 20 years. Cathie produces several Christian television programs, including internationally syndicated Kids Like You, as well as being a successful author. She frequently ministers in conferences worldwide on the topics of children and parenting.



Leonard Ford
Leonard Ford has been in the ministry for nearly 20 years. He has traveled into 34 states as well have three continents with his message of deliverance. He has authored several books and has a television program, Deliverance Now!, which has blessed thousands.




Rusty Parker
Rusty Parker has had success in both business and ministry careers. Along with his family, Rusty has been a missionary in Nairobi, Kenya and Bangalore, South India, establishing churches and Bible schools. In addition to his administrative and teaching duties at Agape College, he is a staff minister at Agape Church. His heart is to effectively train and develop leaders to succeed in whatever field they pursue.


Tonja Parker
Tonja Parker has been a missionary in Africa and India. She is a 1995 graduate of Agape School of World Evangelism. Drawing on her experiences as a wife, mother, and missionary Tonja's anointed teaching challenges her students to respect and live in compliance with God's Word.



Ray Ulery
Ray Ulery, pastor of The Church of the Burning Heart in Benton, Arkansas, has been involved in local church ministry for 30 years. His television program The Burning Heart has touched thousands. He has authored several books.




Staff

 

Accounts Manager, Jannie Anderson
A Central Arkansas native and born again Christian for most of her adult life, Jannie has held various positions in lay ministry. These opportunities have made her no stranger to the responsibilities of ministry life. She has fifteen combined years experience in accounting and administrative duties. Seven of those years have been as an employee of Agape Church. Jannie now uses her combined skills and experiences as the Executive Secretary for Agape College.

Admissions Representative, Faith Alexander
Faith attended Southeastern University and the University of New Orleans, and has a strong administrative and clerical background having worked in diverse business sectors for firms providing advertising, mortgages, personnel staffing and medical supplies. Faith and her family attend Agape Church where she is a faithful member of the praise and worship team.
